Another renovation project that had an old rumpus room converted into a small kitchen, lounge room, bedroom and ensuite. It involved running multiple new circuits for new oven, cooktop and GPO's. All the lighting was also upgraded to make for a more modern look, installing downlights with dimmer switches and pendant lights over bench in kitchen as well as bedroom. In the kitchen we also installed strip lighting underneath the cabinetry as well as feature lights inside the cupboards. This project also involved installing heated flooring underneath the tiles in the ensuite and kitchen. From start to finish this project ran for around 6 months.
